I really felt that they listened and understood my problem.
This helped in so many ways and I have made a great recovery under their care and guidance.
A primarily “hands-on” approach of physiotherapy in the clinic combined a graded home exercise programme.
Just what I needed to guide me through my rehabilitation.
I recently completed physio with Bernadette and the benefits are impressive
I have power & flexibility back and only slight discomfort
She worked wonders & the most pleasant fashion
The combination of skills & wonderful bedside manner is a winning formula
I am already attending for physio & they incorporate Pilates exercises into the treatment.
I've only found out that my physio Bernadette is a qualified pilates teacher so that's an absolute bonus for me!
I have & will continue to recommend this clinic.
They have excellent customer care skills, are clear in giving advice, support & keep you informed every step of the way.
You are also supplied with an exercise sheet to ensure continuity of wellbeing.
